Subject: She told it like it was
In its time, pre this was a controversial book. Most missionaries would write flowery accounts. Amy Carmichael stunned the Evangelical community in England by writing was South India was really like. Many missionary books skip over the difficult times. Amy wrote what others left in between the pages. This book is out of print and very hard to find. Thanks to all who made it possible to access this book after many years. This book should be republished.
